I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize the Deneen, Lake Forest Manager for her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and helpfulness. Should you need temporary or long term storage at this location they handle it all. They even have the capacity to store large Recreational and Business vehicles. The facility is well run and clean. Do not hesitate to drop by and see if Deneen can help you with your storage needs. I have rented 3 units of various sizes for over 2 years without any issues.

Best storage unit facility in town, and customer service is hands down excellent. On site manager answered all my questions and was flexible with my scheduling.

Deneen and Amiee were incredibly helpful and worked with me to figure out the logistical issues I had. They were beyond helpful and kind and I would use this facility again in a heartbeat- mostly due to the staff.

After parking in the same RV storage spot for almost 8 years we recently had an incident that resulted in us needing to relocate to a different space. Mitch and Dina took the extra time to help us with finding the right location that would work best for us. In addition the new space ended up saving us some extra $$$ on the monthly fee! Probably the best experience I have had with storage units. Mich and Dina team did amazing (I think I have the lady name wrong) she was so attentive and patient with me. So many moving pieces for this move! Thank You for the great service and friendly atmosphere

Absolutely love this storage! I had a terrible experience at Public Storage and was robbed. Extra Space has amazing security and their staff regularly walks around to make sure everything is safe. One time I forgot to lock my storage, and they contacted me to let me know they put a temporary lock on it for me. They are so friendly and helpful, I'm so thankful!
