Wanted a new storage place, as my previous one had too many issues. A friend recommended Extra Space Storage in Lake Forest. I checked it out online, went in the next day and left with keys to my new storage space. Everything was quick and easy. The facility is very very clean and feels very very safe.

Everybody at the Baffin Bay Extra Space has been very, very helpful and professional. Their desire to please their customers is genuine ...I don't like packing my stuff into storage ...but, both Mary and Olivia have been so helpful and kind ...they have turned my storing experience into a pleasant experience. I've had a storage unit at this please for years, through several owners. Pros: Easy access, good access hours, nice/safe area, very clean. Cons: My main issue with this place is how they handle the price increases. There is no advance notice when the price will increase and as far as I can determine, there is no rhyme or reason to how often or by how much the rent will increase. I understand that rent goes up over time and I accept that. But I don't appreciate that rent goes up 10%+ from one month to the next some time... read more
