Extra Space Storage is the absolute BEST, and there is no better storage facility manager on earth than Oliver. I'm doing an updated review to my previous 5-star reviews because I'm such a satisfied customer. I've rented with Public Storage in the past which was a nightmare for many reasons. Honestly after two years I'm now shooting my review I like the facility it's clean & neat good parking fortunately I never had problems with pest & theft their security system is tight. Oliver is amazing very helpful & the rest of the staff. Five star!

Probably the best storage place I've used, and I have moved a lot! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The facility is well lit, well maintained, and feels very secure. Big fans, would recommend and store here again!
Oliver and his staff are the greatest!!They gave me great information on what size storage I needed for my items in which it worked out perfectly when I moved in. He also helped me find great movers named Honest and Fast Movers. Everything went smooth. Moving is not easy. It's very stressful. I can't think Oliver and his staff enough. I would definitely recommend this storage place. Thank you Oliver and your team.

The staff at this storage unit is fantastic! Oliver and his team always go out of their way to make the process of moving into and using a storage unit very efficient. Always friendly and always helpful! Couldn't be happier being a long-term customer!

Oliver is very helpful! I was able to check out the unit I reserved online very quickly, and get started with the unit that day. The facility and storage space were very clean! The neighborhood isn't the best, but there is gated indoor parking. The facility is well lit and there is ample parking indoors (about 10 spaces, lots of room between cars to open doors and load up storage carts). The unit is really easy to get to since it's just off Cesar Chavez at 101.
