I had a great experience with the Extra Space here, and wanted to especially thank Oliver, the site manager. The overall experience was just very easy and smooth. We could park our moving van inside their garage, and there were dollies to move our stuff. I forgot to lock my unit properly and Oliver was nice enough to let me know. We were also moving out of the city and this was the only place I could find that would let my movers get my stuff without me. Highly recommended!
Extra Space Storage has always been my storage of choice and they consistently come through with a WIN every time. Thanks!!
We reserved the storage space and are very happy with it. Oliver is very helpful and friendly. He knows this business very well and offered to extend the hours to enter for us when we needed it and I did not even realize and did not ask for it. I have never dealt with employees in a business nicer or more helpful than they are as Extra Storage. Amy and Steve are willing to assist all they can (considering Covid restrictions) and are fun in the process. The storage is very clean and well maintained. Their prices are fair. It's refreshing to come here.

This place is amazing! It's clean and the staff are warm, kind and very professional. The elevator works well unlike the other storage facilities I had rented in the past. The security system is great and rate is reasonable. I've been with them for more than a year and I highly recommend this facility. This facility deserves two thumbs up.

The managerial team including Kaleb, who helped me, were genuinely friendly and pros. I felt safe and welcomed. The building is immaculate, at the 58 west 143rd street location . It is an emotional time for me, so this was just what I needed.
