Former and current client! Service and staff are understanding of needs. I got a tour of potential storage rooms for my weight equipment, found a sweet spot and the pricing for my budget didn't break the bank. Lastly, the security is very tight. My only hangup is an inconvenient mix-up where I didn't have a lock (my fault) when I picked the room, and when I came back with my stuff I still didn't have one and the facility lock was on. Luckily everything was resolved. I would recommend this facility.

Oliver is the man! Rarely do you find this level of personalized service from a corporate establishment. Best storage rental experience I've ever had.

I've had a great experience with Extra Storage Space, so far. Oliver and Allan have been very professional and courteous in coordinating and accommodating my storage needs. They made the process very easy. I looked at four other storage businesses and Extra Storage Space is by far, the best I've seen. The building is extremely secure and clean. The location is perfect and very easy to access. Five stars for great staff, location, security and cleanliness.

The guys (Allan & Oliver) at this extra space storage really spell out what superb customer service and facility management should look like. I used this facility during my apartment moving process and it was such a pleasure to have an easy, clear, and quick registration process and an even faster check out. Their promotions are legitimate and straightforward. The staff are incredibly friendly and eager to help. I had a really great experience renting a unit here. Oliver was super helpful and friendly. The facility is conveniently located and everything is clean and orderly there. Definitely happy so far with my choice of storage facilities!
