If there was an award for the best storage facility in the Bay Area this one should win. Seriously ESS has excellent customer service and a super clean facility. I believe a big part of that is because of Oliver. He goes out of his way to be proactive and accommodating even when you are checking out. The facility is well maintained. I've stored items here for several years and never had a bug or security issue. Everyone that works here is very pleasant!

Great customer service by employee Anthony. I called to inquire about the availability, size and cost for my son and he was very helpful. And he said he had only been there less than a month so great job to his manager in training. I love when I get great Customer Service! Thanks again Anthony, your awesome, keep it up :-))

We ended up at this Extra Space after completely unloading a truck of (my mom's) furniture at the Public Storage down the street and then getting very sketchy and unsafe vibes (felt like it would all be taken by the next day). We repacked it all, hid the truck for the night and promptly went to Extra Space the next day. Spotlessly clean, well lit, very well run, great staff. Oliver and Alex are fantastic - very helpful on the phone and in person. I highly recommend this facility.

I was faced with a pretty fast and stressful move, and meeting Oliver and his Crew tempered that experience due to their kindness, professionalism, and compassion. The place is clean, accessible, and the staff friendly, patient, and only helpful. I had looked at several other sites and found this to be the best. I wouldn't hesitate to rent space here.

Just can't say enough about this storage place. Oliver is amazing and is always responsive to requests. The facility is expertly maintained and the staff is always accommodating. I've rented here for years, and always go there first when additional storage needs arise.

Oliver and Alex are awesome!!! They were both helpful and funny! I showed up after a LONG drive and they helped me get settled. Alex also helped me figure out what size storage I actually needed! Awesome team, would recommend them to anyone

all representatives very Professional, responsive, accurate information - very easy to access and close a deal. The space is clean and very well maintained. we are happy with the service, the price and the location off course. Highly recommended !
