I have known Oliver and the team at Extra Soace Storage for going on 5 years. Rarely have I found a business that forms relationships with customers and provides a warm and welcoming experience from the time you begin renting. Facility is extremely clean and a security measures that keep your mind at ease in between visits. Top tier over all package. Highly recommend.

Like most of us, I waited until the last possible second to look for a storage facility I have. The few times I've used self-storage, it has always been disappointing on one or many levels. There are a myriad of places to choose from, all presenting some price gimmick to allure you. I picked my poison and decided to give Extra Space a try. Here here for Oliver and the facility. We just "moved in" today. Oliver was there to help, and made us feel super safe, comfortable and know we made the right decision. We are remodeling and needed storage for 6 months.......this place is working out beautifully!

Good simple and easy place, would recommend Oliver is extremely helpful!! I lost my keys to my storage unit and was able to get it opened in the morning thanks to him!

If I could give a higher score, I would. My experience with Extra Space Storage on Cesar Chavez in San Francisco was nothing short of fantastic. The manager, Oliver, was incredible from day 1. He immediately followed up on my inquiry about a storage unit and impressed me from our first conversation. He was helpful, objective and had immediate follow-up/pull-through.
