We recently moved our stuff into the storage and Oliver was helping us through the entire process, making it very easy and efficient. We definitely felt that he was trying to find the best solution to accommodate our needs, it was a pleasure dealing with him. Such a stress free and hassle free customer service - and at a good price too. Definitely 5 stars.

I've been renting storage space here for almost a year. I initially signed up with Oliver the manager. He was fantastic and made the process very quick and easy. Since then I have had nothing but positive experiences. Access is easy, the location is spotless and they always have trolley's available to cart my stuff to my storage space. It's also right off the freeway and easy to access. I highly recommend this location.

This is an outstanding clean, well run location. Oscar the manager is knowledgeable, helpfull and friendly all of the time. The units are fairly priced, insured and monitored 24/7. Extra bonus the provide FREE EV charging and discounts for truck rentals.

My experience with extra space storage has been excellent! Ms. Jackie was very friendly and extremely helpful! She was available to me on the spot when I needed her in a pinch!! I would recommend extra space to my family and friends.

I have to start by saying Oliver is amazing! I literally have told everyone about him when mentioning my new storage unit or moving my things. Oliver gave me the type of customer service & follow up I normally experience when buying a luxury vehicle. LOL. As I peruse the other reviews to see what reasons people who give a one star have, I notice that most of them are for either a different location or because they didn't read their contract etc. So the 1 star reviews are not necessarily for this location. Storage in the city is expensive. Just like everything else. I actually had a space in this location for over 2 years. They were always really nice and the facility is so clean it's not even in the same league as other storage spaces which are often dirty and run down. M... read more

I love Extra Space Storage. Clean and professional. I've been renting here since 2010. The customer service that Oliver and Ella provide is above and beyond expectations (e.g., after using storage for over 20 years, I would never use "clean and professional" to describe any other storage company). 5 Stars well deserved!

If there was an award for the best storage facility in the Bay Area this one should win. Seriously ESS has excellent customer service and a super clean facility. I believe a big part of that is because of Oliver. He goes out of his way to be proactive and accommodating even when you are checking out. The facility is well maintained. I've stored items here for several years and never had a bug or security issue. Everyone that works here is very pleasant!
