First time getting a storage unit and it was a great experience! Carlos is the person that helped me and he was extremely helpful and patient with me. Gave me options based on my budget and my box sizes.

New Year's Eve flooding at my art studio sent me back to ESS for a 2nd unit. The guys put together several different sized units for me to check out. I picked one near my 1st unit & scheduled the movers. Happy to know my stuff will be safe & dry until I find a new studio. Love the ESS app for opening the gates & elevators as well as keeping track of all the paperwork. But really it's Oliver & his crew that makes this place special.
Oliver is a 5+++++ he maintains a organized and clean facility. I've known Oliver for over tens years as the manager of the Cesar Chavez facility and this onto itself speaks volumes and also the faith Extra Space Storage has in his ability to manage.

I was at the extra space storage in San Francisco, only to help a friend move things. I found the staff to be extremely helpful, cooperative, and friendly! Particularly the manager Oliver, who even assisted me in lifting boxes into my car, also unlocking the elevator throughout the two days I was there, helping a friend. Great customer service 110%!!! Oliver and Carlos made my two days, so much easier! Thanks guys!
They are nice and frindly and very helpful and carlos is very nice and the manger is the best
I will say this. I don't know how long I will stay at Extra Space Storage, whose prices against comparable units in the area are 15-20% higher (compared to Public Storage, Army Street storage and U-Haul) BUT - the management of this particular site needs to thank Oliver. I believe he keeps a lot of clients from bailing. The building feels safe and secure and CLEAN! Place does not smell or look like a gas station bath room. I was here today and was very impressed. First when you come in the office everything is clean and organize. In front was Oliver and Chris greeted me with a smile and very professional. Trust me been to other Storage facilities good luck if you get a smile. Went to 3rd floor wow very clean. Parking lot very tidy. Good job Oliver and Chris
