I have been with this same storage unit now for over 4 years and its because it is simply the best. This location is always super clean and i always feel safe here no matter the time of day. The staff is always helpful and friendly as well which makes every visit fun! Oliver the manager is a great guy and is always there to leand a helping hand when big shipments come in or when I need to move things around. Thanks Extra Space !!

The service at Extra Space Storage on Cesar Chavez was amazing over the several months we were customers. Oliver and Cerina both went out of their way to help repeatedly. I very highly recommend this place!
Gotta give 5 stars when you get good customer service in unexpected places. Oliver and his team were friendly, responsive and courteous.
Called into customer service to reserve a spot and the lady helping me was AMAZING! She was on top of everything. Moved my items in the following day at the ceasar chavez location and the staff was AMAZING once again. The facility is very clean and well secured. This made my experience as a "first timer" with storage so smooth and painless.
Very clean and spacious place. Looks very new as a matter for fact. Easy assess code to get in and out. There are lots of parking spots, and dollys everywhere so you don't have to scramble to find them. Overall, this is the nicest and cleanest storage unit that I have been to. No complaints here.
The staff is wonderful.... they helped to make a difficult situation move with ease..... I would go back in a minute if I needed storage. They explained every point of the contract, no question went unanswered... Altogether a very positive experience for us!
Totally clean, easy to get in and out of and run by some of the nicest and most helpful people in San Francisco. Plus, I can hit La Tacqueria every time I visit. What's not to love?
The good: very clean building, well-lit, lots of size options, always easy to find a cart to haul your things, easy elevator access, never too busy there. The bad: I have had my items in a 5 x 7 locker for a year now and they have already increased my rental fee.. TWICE! Once was just a few months after I started, and the second time was at my year anniversary. The price has gone up about 25% already.
