For a storage unit int he city, this place is a great value. It's clean, secure and professional. I did a ton of research and this place stood out for its location, price and security. All top notch. My only complaint is one echoed by everybody else; the contract is month-to-month which gives them the right to increase your rent at any time. Oliver and his team at this location of Extra Space are great. We rented with them for 15 months and then returned back. I would definitely recommend anyone to use this location.

This place had some of the best service of any place in the city (and that includes nice restaurants). It was super easy to use, Oliver answered a bunch of my questions, gave me a few extra days for free and helped me throw out some of my stuff at the end when I didn't need it. All in all a very pleasant experience

You can't beat the service at this place -- Oliver took very good care of us, giving us extra time to make a very stressful move go A TON smoother and easier. Definitely worth the price, and very conveniently located!

I looked at one other storage space nearby which was cheaper but yucky dirty. Another one didn't have the size I wanted so I didn't look at any units. I phoned Extra Space storage from my car, got the main office in Salt Lake City, and the guy told me the Cesar Chavez location had the size I wanted (5x7), and could even give it to me at the cut rate of $117! I give this place five stars based on my interaction with Lakeisha (sorry if I butchered the name). I was moving from out of town and had reserved a place at the Folsom Street facility. That facility was a disaster. Keisha saved my bacon: she set me up with a new storage room with no hassle, she helped manage my out-of-town movers when they got to the facility, she transferred the monies I paid at Folsom street and cancelled out my obligations at that facility. I had my belongings here for 3 or 4 months while in between buying and selling a house. Oliver and Keisha were GREAT! They are diligent and remembered me each time they saw me - asking about my plans, etc. THe unit is secure and always clean. They were flexible - I had to change for 3 different units to find the size that worked best. They even deliver packages to your unit. Great service! I've rented at other facilities before, but if I had to rent a storage space again, this would be the place.

I had a unit at this storage facility for my business during the summer of 2013 and will definitely be returning to this location. The staff (Oliver and Keisha) are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me numerous times and went above and beyond their job duties. I highly recommend this location!
