I highly recommend extra space. I grew up in Atwater, so I’m aware of the neighborhood, but the facility itself is safe and clean. I had a great experience with the staff at extra space, especially with JJ. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Thanks again for all your help!

I used to work for a competitor and Extra Space online process is seamless! I did everything in less than 30 mins from the comfort of my bed! I also purchased a lock and he left it in my unit. SOOOO CONVENIENT!
The facility is clean. The location is great. The access hours are better than most. JJ who works in the office has always been so kind and helpful ... accepting packages into my unit. loaning me a tool to assemble a rack. **** DOWNSIDE. If you are looking for a long term rental be aware that your rental price is not locked in. They’ve raised my rent 3-4 times since I’ve moved in and I’m paying $100 more a month than when I first rented my unit.
