Came in and Jeremy showed us exactly what we wanted. Very helpful and nice guy to deal with. Since we've been a client before, Jeremy was able to pull out our old records and made the whole process a lot faster. Good job JEREMY!!!!! Keep it up!!!
So clean, so easy to get to, and one of the most affordable storage spaces in LA. Initially there was a misunderstanding between myself and the person I spoke with on the phone in the corporate office and JJ completely fixed the issue. I've never been to a storage space with better customer service.
Extra space storage is great. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Ken was super helpful. Impeccable service.
This place is the best, Kenneth, the manager is incredibly helpful and I feel my stuff is safe under his watchful eye! I've been a customer for years, I just wish I could give a 6 star review.

This is a good place to keep your things in storage! I had my things here for about 3 months and they had pretty competitive prices and it was close to my old place. The manager is pretty thorough but I had to dock a star because I personally don't remember them telling me about how the unit can be prorated if you move your things out early. The manager told me that once you're billed it could be really hard to refund but he was nice and submitted it to even see if it could be accepted. Hopefully I'll get my money back. But ... read more
The manager is so nice and made us feel at home! He was very thorough, transparent, and detail oriented when we were getting all set up. The place looks really nice and clean and it's very affordable. would highly recommend.
