This place is managed superbly. Ken is the man! He is helpful, communicative, and really makes you feel welcomed and well taken care of. He answered the phone when I called for information initially. He answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable leaving my life's accumulation of possessions in this Extra Space Storage location. We needed to clear our garage for construction work to begin. Extra Space came through with a clean and well lit storage unit. Kenneth showed us around, was an all around nice guy and made it easy to move right in.
First of all, 5 Stars to the Staff ! Kenneth, Lou, And Liz , are the best staff and extremely helpful when you're moving and therte is an increased stress level in your life ! The Facility is kept in Immaculate shape, the grounds are spotless, and the atmosphere there is friendly and has a rare welcoming touch to it !
This facility is so great. Easy to use. Easy to lease. Kenneth is on site so much of the time. He is professional, precise and nice. Prices are competitive and move in is a breeze. Yes!
