Jeff referred this place to me because of great services and location. Indeed, JJ provided an excellent service which eased my moving anxiety. I will soon move my stuff in to the unit. Based on my experience with JJ, if I run into any trouble (knock on wood) I will have an immediate assistance. I wanted to say thank you for providing services during the pandemic.

Beth was so helpful at the Casitas location! She normally works at the Hollywood location, but she has been helping at multiple locations, during this special quarantine season... very thankful for the teamwork at Extra Space Storage and the kindness displayed by Beth, during this time! :)

These guys at the Casitas location are absolutely amazing to work with! They are so accommodating and so helpful with all of my questions. JJ, the current manager, is very friendly and super responsive as is everyone I've encountered there. Truly 5+ star customer service!

We admittedly had a mixup in our billing, but their continued price bumps are becoming more than annoying. I picked this spot because I thought they were running a somewhat less greedy ship than their competitors. It seemed that way for a minute, but once you settle in, they're just like every other corporate-owned storage place in LA: overpriced and itching to hike the monthly as soon as they're contractually able to.
