Just closed out my account here - my daughter had her things there as she found a place to live in Chicago. I would highly recommend it, Ken the manager, is a no-nonsense type of person and Honest! The place is clean,well taken care of, there is always someone in the office all the time - it may be a little tricky to get there the first time, but its well worth the find! Like i said, highly recommended! Close to Los Angeles, and reasonable pricing.
Storing a car here, too, now....Ken's the best and got me in and out (and a killer spot at a reasonable price) in 10 min.
Basically, Ken (on site manager) is the man. He got me in and out in 10 min. and was totally accommodating.
I will let you in on a little secret. THERE'S NO PLACE BETTER THAN EXTRA SPACE STORAGE!!!

I couldn't have hoped for an easier, more accommodating experience. The manager, Rubin is fantastic! What a generous, calm and professional guy. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have him.
This storage place is terrific. Ruben, the manager, is nice and makes everything totally easy. We stored our belongings here for 7 months and it was a perfect experience. No weird loop holes or unexpected charges or rules. We called less than one week before moving out and there was no minimum notice or anything. Easy easy easy.
The friendly staff here will help you find the right unit for your needs. The price of paring down your living space and renting a small unit is completely worth the trouble. You have access to your storage unit during late hours unlike most storage facilities which is very convenient. The property is very clean and the manager is available when you need assistance because they live on the premises.
we're taking our first steps today to moving our crap out of storage after 9 months. i must say, however, that extra space storage has been, by far the best storage facility i've used. for about 10 years now i've been moving and relocating out of necessity, or comfort, or being a los angeles nomad, and my relationships with storage units have been a constant throughout.
