Shanie!!! Wow, talk about incredible customer service. Shanie was fast, efficient, but most importantly kind and caring. She is an asset to this team! I was able to score a unit with a 1 month free promo! We've had a great experience at this place with the current space we rent from them. Safe, secure, and worth every penny. Also, I'd almost hit a dog in my way to the unit, and just her asking how my day had been and me being able to vent that a little was generous and kind. Thank you so much Shanie!
The manager and staff at the facility I've been renting space from for several years at 2904 Casitas in Los Angeles have always been very helpful, kind and nice people to deal with. The facility itself is always super clean and very well secured. I'd recommend Extra Space to anyone.

This it probably the best place to storage all your belongings. The location is great, areas are nice and clean and employee like "Chivorn" are helpful and friendly. Thanks for everything.
