Excellent customer service ! It was fast and efficient. Reserved online and paid the day before over the phone and moved in very easily. I had to change unit size at the last minute and the manager was very helpful. She found me Exactly what i needed and transferred the account in no time.

My husband and I made a reservation online, but we weren't sure if the 5x5 was good for what we need to store. So we decided to stop by and view my other options. Shanie was very friendly and patiently showed us the other options. We decided to go for a 5 x 10. Flash sale was going on and we couldn't get a better price. So glad it worked out for us. The place looks pretty clean and well organized. So thumbs up.
