I had great experience at Fast Pace Urgent Care after poor service and care where I live. The excellent service begins at the front desk. Ms N***** and others are professional, efficient, and caring. Ms T**** the nurse I have seen twice since August 2024 to present provides excellent care starting with the interview listening to your needs, diagnosis, and up to the treatment plan. I was so sick and went fast pace severely dehydrated Saturday morning and they took me right back and dr said she could not get an I/V in I had COVID and strep and other problems so she was so nice she even called an ambulance and sent me straight to the hospital which was what I needed they stopped the nausea and diarrhea but still admitted me for a couple of days and face pace even called the hospital to check on me I thought that was so great to know they care for their patients I’m home today and definitely will use them... read more
I came in for a pre-employmemt drug test/physical. My wait time was as expected for a walk in patient. My nurse, Lindsey was awesome, she was very informative and engaging. My PA-C, Brittany was also awesome, she was knowledgeable and professional. I use walk in clinic's at least once each year and I highly recommend Manchester Fast Pace. These ladies are amazing!
I conveniently booked my appt. a day ahead of time. I was able to register online & had no issues with checking in or waiting the day I went. Everyone was so courteous to me when I arrived & made me feel welcomed there. The lovely receptionist went above & beyond for me regarding my insurance. The triage nurse was very nice. I’ve been a patient for multiple telehealth visits & after repeated unethical billing issues that are never resolved. Im considering taking legal action. I was charged an extra $60 for a telehealth apt hat the provider herself scheduled. It just happened to fall on President’s Day, not something I was told would cost more. The provider works remotely every day, so there was no difference in service to justify this “holiday” upcharge. This was never disclosed to me beforehand. Unethical. I went in due to my seasonal sinus infection. I told them by registering online that I need a cocktail shot as usual. I spent my $50 copay that I barely had to go. I get there and they test me for flu and covid, which I knew I didnt have and which I was neg for. Then they tell me I can't get a cocktail shot cause they dont give them out anymore unless deathly sick and cause I tested neg for everything. If I had tested positive for flu or covid I could get it. They dont even give cocktail shots for flu or covid!!!! I ended up... read more
I have been going here for years, taking me and my son for urgent matters. Today I encountered the worst customer service ever from ***** *******She claims to be the manger or head nurse. Not too sure. If she is the manger, She is absolutely the worst example of an ambassador for this facility.
