The service was good until I did not receive results for 31 hours to get meds, and I had to call for them also.. I also was hung up on trying to get help!!!!!

The NP was wonderful and knowledgeable. The nurse had a terrible bedside manner, as if she were mad at the world. I do feel like my illness was taken care of in a timely fashion but when you’re not feeling well you need someone who at least appears to be listening and compassionate.
I went in with coughing and sour throught I have been there a bunch of times I go so I don’t have to miss work and I find that’s it’s useless to go there when I have to take off the next day this has happen every time that I go to another walk-in clinic the next day and they give me prizone and z pack and cough syrup and it works every time. Y’all didn’t give me nothing and said use over the counter medican I was already using them they weren’t working I can send you documentation of evertime I went to yall the next day go t... read more
Wait time was fast, front desk was very friendly. There was no nurse staff present this day. I came in with upper respiratory, flu like symptoms. All test was negative and the PA focused on acid reflux then sent me on my way with zero medication. I went to a different clinic the next day and was diagnosed with pneumonia and sent home with antibiotics, steroids, and breathing treatments. I will never go to fast pace in Sweetwater again and will inform all my family and friends to do the same .
These ladies were amazing. Friendly and very helpful. Would recommend if you aren’t feeling well go see them at Fast Pace in Sweetwater
