I Have "White Coat Syndrome",and My Blood pressure Always Goes up Anytime I Have to Go to Any Doctor's Office.But,Once Im Out,& Home My Blood pressure Goes Back to Normal.So,Im Not Going to be Put on,Nor Take Any Medication For The B.P. So I went to the Fast Care Clinic and I initially pleased until I received my update from **** ***** **** ******. My paper lists a DR (man) located in Kentucky. I saw a woman (nurse practitioner) I. Columbia, TN. I was charged $45 for my copayment. Only to find out my copay is $10. I went in for a sinus infection. I was given one singular shot. They decided to bill for a treatment that was performed on February 13, 2023. This on May 28, 2023. First, we were not there on 2/13. Second, when we questioned the billing of $476, they immediately charged my credit card $250. They have made excuses for the billing but have done nothing to resolve. There was a visit there on a Saturday in February to test for possible Covid. Seems $476 is pretty steep to stick a Q-tip in our nose.

I went there when I was sick about 2 months ago and then afterwards my stomach was real upset after I took all the medicine they gave me so I went back and left a sample they charged my insurance almost $400 and my copay and they have the sample and never have gotten back to me it's been 3 weeks I could have been dehydrated or who knows what by now and I've called and they've never even called me back that place is horrible do not go there this is in Dyersburg Tennessee

Biggest joke I've ever heard of. I pay for my insurance and nobody told me anything I've never had to pay anything but my co-pay and I did before I was saw. 2 weeks later they send me a bill for $250?. I tried calling stayed on hold for an hour and I hung up. I go there they say "we're an emergency clinic now" so I give them my other insurance and they never even notified my other insurance provider.... Then they pull $250 out of my bank account.... ********

I went to the Fast Pace in Athens, TN yesterday with a severe sore throat, swollen neck, and ear pain. They sent off for a strep test but the next day it was even worse so I went back. The practitioner hadn't even checked my ear the day before so i was thinking maybe it was an ear infection. As I'm sitting in the exam room I can hear the whole staff laughing and talking about me coming back. I wouldn't have come back if it hadn't been unbearable. Their whole billing is fraudulent. Paid in full. Still sending me bills for new charges after. Even with 2 insurances.

I had an appointment today at 2:30. I waited 1 hour in the lobby. Then I was called to the medical room and waited another hour for the Dr. I could hear in the hallway they were taking patients who had arrived after me. I was never seen for my illness by a Dr. So after 2 hours I left. Fifteen minutes after I left the nurse called me and offered me medical treatment. I told her I was not treated fairly and return my money. She hung up on me.
