It’s worst place ever I want me and my wife she was having short breath and cough her chest is hurting so we filled all pepper and insurance also her id waiting for 20 minutes and the nurse call me she’s like if you’re wife had a Covid we cannot do anything for her so it’s worst urgent care ever so I will never go there again

I got a $250 bill with great insurance,i emailed them 3 times trying to resolve this matter with NO RESPONSE so I called 3 times and after 30 min they hang up .I went to the office that I was treated at and they said they couldn't do anything id have to go through billing I told them that's who I was going through with no luck and she just shrugged her shoulders like not her problem the office does not answer there phone either that's why I had to go through the trouble of going up there.they should be ashamed doing people l... read more

I do not leave reviews on anything. I would say I have left 4 reviews in my life. This Fast Pace was impressively awful. I came in on 2/16/24 for a pretty routine workup for possible strep/sinus infection and my goodness what a time. My appointment was set for 2:06pm I arrived at that exact time and paid my copay at 2:08 (per my receipt). I sat in the lobby for an hour and five minutes waiting to go back. I arrived in the back at 3:15 PM and the nurse took vitals and swabbed for COVID, Strep, and the Flu. She left at 3:20PM.... read more

I told them not to keep my credit card on file…. They charged me a month later with No bill sent, I paid my deductible and that’s how they stole my Credit card

They charged us but have yet to send us a bill and WILL NOT answer calls to the billing department. Without your account number you can't log in to see the bill on their website.

I would not go back to the fast pace in tazewell for nothing the one in Morristown is great but not tazewell I had to go last month and I was looking at my bank this morning and they had used my card and took out the full balance that’s not right for them to be able to do that when I called and talk to them they said that was becouse I was sent a bill which I have never recived one from them and hadn’t paid it they were taking it all out that’s not right becouse people are on a budget just can’t fork out the whole amount at ... read more

BUYER BE WARE! they charge $306.00 for a 5 minute visit with a nurse practitioner. They do not have doctors only nurse practitioners. I went in to get a prescription for a sinus infection. I was literally not in the room for more than 5 minutes! They also sent me a text telling me they were going to charge my credit card for $250 when they had not even sent me a bill yet! Husband had a minor workplace injury. Went to the brand new Fast Pace in Enterprise Al. The girl who was trying to do the breathalyzer for alcohol could not get it to work so she goes up front and gets another girl who also tried to get it to 0 out. After several minutes and tries to get machine to work they ask him to come outside and maybe it would work. So he goes and finally they tell him to blow into machine and we know now it was a 0.075. I originally went to the Dyersburg, TN location on December 9th for a severe ear infection. After 10 days of antibiotics I still had the ear infection so I called and they told me they would talk to the NP and call me back. She never called me back, I was working a lot and it was the holidays. On the 3rd of January I returned and was told it had been too long for a follow up and I would need to pay in full for the visit.
