I didn’t exactly care for the process that it took to get signed in, but it wasn’t the worst thing! Past that, service was great and everyone was kind and everyone acted as though they genuinely cared.

I had a good experience. I was seen in less then 30 minutes The Doctor was nice ad took care of my problem called my medicine in and I was on my way. It sure beats going to the Emergency room and staying all day

We initially went to the wrong door, but the receptionist (Kendra?) saw us and came outside to direct us to the correct door. The medical assistant was very kind, caring and empathetic. I’m unsure of her name.. The provider (Jolene) was very through; gathered info from both her exam and her family members. I felt the whole experience was positive and appreciated their care.

As always, if I have to go to urgent care? This Dr is 💯 just simple, kind, caring & listens to you. Truly wish I had a Dr this kind in my primary?? Although at the moment I don’t! Maybe one dayDr.Yates will have his own office? We can only wish! Thanks again for great care!

Everyone there was very professional from receptionist nurse to the doctor. Doctor was very thorough and got to the root of my problem. I would highly recommend this place.

I was easily able to schedule my appt online and check in prior to the appt. Arrived and was seen and taken care of in a matter of 30 mins. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Low copay.
