The service was good until I did not receive results for 31 hours to get meds, and I had to call for them also.. I also was hung up on trying to get help!!!!!

The NP was wonderful and knowledgeable. The nurse had a terrible bedside manner, as if she were mad at the world. I do feel like my illness was taken care of in a timely fashion but when you’re not feeling well you need someone who at least appears to be listening and compassionate.
I went in with coughing and sour throught I have been there a bunch of times I go so I don’t have to miss work and I find that’s it’s useless to go there when I have to take off the next day this has happen every time that I go to another walk-in clinic the next day and they give me prizone and z pack and cough syrup and it works every time. Wait time was fast, front desk was very friendly. There was no nurse staff present this day. I came in with upper respiratory, flu like symptoms. All test was negative and the PA focused on acid reflux then sent me on my way with zero medication. I went to a different clinic the next day and was diagnosed with pneumonia and sent home with antibiotics, steroids, and breathing treatments. I will never go to fast pace in Sweetwater again and will inform all my family and friends to do the same .
These ladies were amazing. Friendly and very helpful. Would recommend if you aren’t feeling well go see them at Fast Pace in Sweetwater

The nurse that checked me in and the doctor I saw were really nice and did a good job. I called back about 10 minutes after I left and asked if the doctor could call in a Diflucan I case I got a yeast infection from the antibiotic that I was given. The person answering the phone took my info and stated a nurse would call me back. I am STILL waiting for that call
This was my 2nd time at Fast Pace- Sweetwater. Pleased again at the courtesy of the staff and the quick and efficient treatment. I will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you!
