Had an appointment for 9:00AM. My son and I arrived at 8:46 AM. Proceeded to sit in the waiting room until 9:45. Upon arrival into the room, we sat and waited an additional 35 minutes before we saw the PA. Patients came in with later appointment times and were seen first. The reason I was given, was because they get priority for primary care. I understand this, however; don’t give the option for appointment times if they’re going to be ignored.

Came in for a dog bite obviously wasn’t worried about the dog it had its rabies shots and all that was taken care of. Ignored what I was saying about my injured hand and continued to bring up the dog and they lied about the animal and was saying that it’s what I said to the health department. Wrote me name and lied about me saying something. Did not have my permission what so ever. Kept getting contacted by the health department after

The service was good until I did not receive results for 31 hours to get meds, and I had to call for them also.. I also was hung up on trying to get help!!!!!

The NP was wonderful and knowledgeable. The nurse had a terrible bedside manner, as if she were mad at the world. I do feel like my illness was taken care of in a timely fashion but when you’re not feeling well you need someone who at least appears to be listening and compassionate.
I went in with coughing and sour throught I have been there a bunch of times I go so I don’t have to miss work and I find that’s it’s useless to go there when I have to take off the next day this has happen every time that I go to another walk-in clinic the next day and they give me prizone and z pack and cough syrup and it works every time.
