Got sick at the last minute on New Years Eve with a respiratory illness. The people who saw me (I unfortunately can’t remember the names) let me ask plenty of questions and were very professional. These people deserve raises for putting themselves on the front line during flu/covid season, especially when they could be closed so they could spend time with loved ones. The receptionist and the nurse were the best parts of my experience. They were so nice and patient . The doctor is who my issue is with and i don't remember his name but he took maybe 5 mins to look me over and didn't test me for anything at all.
Had an appointment for 9:00AM. My son and I arrived at 8:46 AM. Proceeded to sit in the waiting room until 9:45. Upon arrival into the room, we sat and waited an additional 35 minutes before we saw the PA. Patients came in with later appointment times and were seen first. The reason I was given, was because they get priority for primary care. I understand this, however; don’t give the option for appointment times if they’re going to be ignored.
