RecommendedAfter two weeks with the flu I went in for some professional help. On a Sunday, the staff was great, waited less than ten minutes. The Nurse and the PA were wonderful, sympathetic and professional. They took very good care of me, they called medicine in to be filled right away at the local Walmart pharmacy. By the time I arrived at the pharmacy my prescriptions were filled! It was a very positive experience all around. Thank you FastMed!!!
RecommendedI saw where others had a bad experience but today we were in with my daughter for an injury. Absolutely the best care given to her and they were extremely professional and fast. Great team of providers who treated her today. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option. They all went above and beyond to care for her and accommodated us.

RecommendedStaff agreed to see me just 5 minutes before their scheduled closing time and treated me very kindly- I know they could have easily said sorry we are closing in 5 minutes but they did not rush my care and were very professional- even filling out my paperwork since I couldn't write with my right hand- I will definitely use this urgent care facility again without hesitation - there is a huge difference in doing your job and providing patient care
This is the only fucking urgent care that requires an appointment every time. Poorly ran and the desk workers are obnoxious. Absolute shit show of a business don’t recommend.
Scheduled an appointment for today and when I arrived the door was locked, no note with explanation. Tried knocking for a long time, finally navigated their phone menu & couldn’t get them to answer. Idk why they completely ghosted my appointment

Staff was very friendly. Spent $135 for a visit to get over the counter medicine. Went to 2nd dr to get meds I needed.

The front door says no appointment is needed but we were turned away because all the appointment slots were filled for the day. When we said we were confused because we thought they took walk-ins, we were informed that they only take walk-ins if they have an open appointment slot to put them in. So not sure what the quality of care is at this facility but just know you cannot walk in and be seen despite what the signs say.
