Very long wait, but the PA who saw me was very good and professional. They also did good follow up on a test that was run.

I have been to this clinic twice and received excellent care . My first visit was for strep throat. They were able to administer a rapid strep test on site which helped with a quick diagnosis & medication to put me on the road to recovery.

I went in early on a Sunday morning with conjunctivitis and a wicked sore throat. There were 3 people ahead of me and 3 more came in after me. The wait time was not unreasonable, and they have free wifi to help pass the time. Also a tv on the wall. I was seen, given instructions, and the doc called in 2 prescriptions for me at the pharmacy of my choosing. Everyone was professional and kind. This place was the best I have ever been to for efficiency, friendliness, and care. I had been in town from TN for about an hour when I realized that I wasn't feeling normal. I was sure it was a urinary infection.It was Friday at 7:30 when we found this place. I was at Walgreens getting meds by 8:15. They verified insurance, allowed me to go ahead and give a sample, and when the doctor came in he said he was giving me a prescription. He explained it and gave me a couple of options. I had to visit FastMed on a Sunday and I must admit that I was expecting an average experience. The check in was courteous and efficient, the wait was about what I would expect for an urgent care. Everyone I encountered was very polite and seemed to be genuinely concerned as to my visit. When I left I was provided with a card signed by everyone that I had dealt with on my visit letting me know who I had dealt with. A few days later I received a follow up call just checking on me. Both visits I've had were quick, professional, and friendly. Went in not feeling well and they did the lab work and even gave me antibiotics right in the office so I wouldn't have to wait at a pharmacy. They have a discount program for those who don't have insurance & while it's still expensive I'd say it's about 1/4 of what you would pay at an emergency room. Everyone there is super friendly. Highly recommend!
Everyone I have seen has been awesome! Very friendly, very helpful. They have followed up with a call a couple of days later to make sure that I was improving. I have recommended them over an ER visit to several people.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I came in with a severe headache that had lasted several days and was feeling light-headed at times. After being taken back, my temperature and blood pressure were checked and I was told they wanted to do flu and COVID tests. The nurse performed both swabs in the same nostril at the same time, and they were done very quickly and did not seem thorough. Made an 830 am appt for an office that opens at 8. Got here at 820 and the doors were locked. Another customer said he had called and they said 20 minutes bc people were running late. Went over to the door again and the open light was on but the door was still locked. I called and someone at the front desk answered and said they couldn't open until everyone else got here and she didn't know what time. This is absolutely unacceptable. We are sick and need care!
