I had to make an early morning trip to this urgent care to stitch up a small cut. When I arrived, a few people were ahead of me, and by the time I filled out the paperwork and got called back, it had maybe been about an hour. But the young woman who assisted me (completely forgot her name) was the absolute best person I could have asked for. I smashed and cut my right index finger in an improperly mounted gate latch. It was pretty painful and deep right at the side of my nail. I was concerned I might need stitches​. I called ahead and was seen promptly after a minimum of paperwork​. Fortunately,​ they work with the VA which is 70 miles away so they are able to work with the VA to receive​ payment. Didn't need stitches​ and the NP cleaned and bandaged the wound and gave me a tetanus​ shot and sent me on my way with instructions for care. No complaints.

Going in, they said I would have a 2 hour wait, but I was in and out in less than half that time. The staff is very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend this office!

Came in the early morning with a face swollen up like a balloon​ and very emotional. They brought me back right away and were extremely caring and attentive. I got quick, genuine care that made me feel much more at ease. Best service I've ever gotten in any urgent care whether in Boone or Charlotte. So happy with the nurses and doctors there.

This clinic has such good practices to avoid spreading the flu that I had to write a review. First, they provide surgical masks at the check-in window (both adult and child size). Second, they provide a separate waiting room for sick and well people. Third, they spray and wipe regularly with disinfectant. And fourth, they let me wait in my car to avoid being around all the flu people. I happened to come on a Saturday morning with a possible broken foot, and I had a very long wait--nearly two hours. I went in for strep throat and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly but professional. Excellent service!

They were excellent! They were busy yet wait time was not too bad. The receptionist was so congenial,helpful, answered my questions, addressed my concenrs, and was thoughtful enough to offer bottled water for my husband who was miserable with sinus infection. The young man who checked his vitals was excellent, the P.A. who examined him was also professional yet congenial. They all made us feel cared for in every way. Could not ask for better care. Even though I had to wait a long time, they were courteous and thoughtful. The PA I met with was spot on with the diagnosis and medication I needed. I felt better in a day. I would recommend !
