I will not go back to this place! The nurse and the Dr were extremely rude. I felt like I was being judge for taking both my kids in at the SAME time. Siblings do tend to get sick at the same time duh. My kids both had sore throats and my son had ear pain. My daughter also had a rash but I forgot to note it because I was more worried about their throats so I mentioned it when we got into the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Visited them in December last year, was advised to get a blood test done the nurse was unable to draw blood because she hit the needle on my tendon, which obviously was not the right spot to draw blood. As a result my hand movement was confined for days with great pain. Visited them back was provided the wrong type of suggestion due to which I developed another medical problem. I had been a family practice patient at the Cornerstone location and had always been pleased with my care and service. When I called last week to make an appointment I was rather rudely informed that they were now urgent care office only and I needed to find another practice. I asked why I wasn't informed of us when it happened and was told that I had been informed. Well, I hadn't been informed. I've had to quickly find other care. Very disappointed.
