I had to come here for a mandatory covid test for my job and i've never had good experiences with urgent cares in the past but this was very fast and efficient. I didn't even have an appointment. The staff was very nice and happy to help me.

This is my first time here. This was Saturday morning. Performed online check in. I walked in 5 mins before check in time. Front office had me fill in details because it was my first time. It was simple and smooth . Once done had to wait 10mins. Was called inside had my preliminary evaluation. Waited another 10mins for NP then got checked was diagnosed and prescribed meds. The check was good and efficient although i did feel rushed upon getting back to exam room. The PA seemed a bit hurried as well as not really sharing carefully and slowly what the results of exam was ...so I would think the service from the Medical Standpoint should be reevaluated ...thank you

We have been here several times with a now 16 year old. Every time the staff has been extremely professional. Doctor is very detailed and the service has been decently quick. No negatives for us.

I was on a business trip to Cary and suddenly got sick. This place was recommended to me by an associate and I was skeptical because of the reviews. I am so glad I went! I was seen immediately as I was having difficulty breathing. Everyone was so courteous from the front desk to the nurse to the NP who saw me. I was given a breathing treatment in less than 5 minutes. I received detailed patient teaching over my diagnoses and prescriptions I was given. Even received a follow up call to make sure I was ok!

GREAT PLACE FOR ANYONE WITHOUT HEALTH INSURANCE: Pros: a) This place is affordable for those without insurance. A Great alternative to an ER. b) Reasonable wait times (compared to an ER under most circumstances). c) Friendly Helpful medical staff. d) They offer an annual discount club-membership. Upon paying $39, all visits are $99. Been looking for a good primary care for a while and just couldn't find the right fit until I met sue at fast med! She was great and really listened to me. The office staff was nice and the service was quick. She took the time to listen (unlike most doctors these days) and I couldn't of had a better experience! She broke things down and got to know me as a whole person to address all my concerns. Definitely sticking with sue and fast med!

Meh... sprained my ankle and could barely walk yet they had me hobbling everywhere. PA was lovely but the rest of the staff was a degree less than warm or concerned.

Relocated from NY & was in need of a yearly physical, unsure where to go I decided to try FastMed. My appointment was 10:00 & too my surprise there was no wait at all! Walked right in testing began no need to sit in the room reading magazines waiting ~ dr. Sue was prompt, all questions addressed & I was happily on my way. This experience went so well & will definitely use FastMed for all of my medical needs.
