Avoid this place at all cost! This is the worst place ever. I came in due to some hemorrhoidal pain I was having. They prescribed me some over the counter cream and pretty much sent me on my way. They told me that they were going to put in a referral to a specialist and that the specialist was going to reach out to me. I never heard from anyone and it's been like two weeks. Went to Garner NC office. Was told they weren't doing walk-ins. Made an appointment for later in the day. Arrived and was immediately told there's a 90 minute wait and was offered an appointment another day. Severely understaffed. Only reason for second star is that their staff were polite and professional and managed well under the difficult circumstances corporate made for them. I won't b back

Billing department is awful. If you have an issue or a claim has to be resubmitted forget it. They continued to bill me even after my insurance updated the claim showing I owed $0, tried to call and message for weeks and no response. Then they turned me over to collections and again couldn't get through to anyone or get a response so had to make a payment I didn't owe to avoid my credit being affected. I was eventually seen by a PA after waiting 2 1/2 hours. I had already electronically filled out all information the night before. The interaction with the PA was fine, but 2 1/2 hours is crazy!

FastMed - what a joke. No urgent care here. Went in with possible fractured forearm and was told no appointments available for 2 days. Horrible attitude and service. Left immediately and went to Mercy Urgent Care. Friendly and caring staff. Met w doctor within 10 minutes. FastMed is not UrgentCare!!!!!

The irony that this place is called "FastMed" and is anything but is not lost on me. They apparently don't take walk-ins; make you schedule an appt online and fill out paperwork online. They won't honor said appt time so it doesn't matter. Literally kept me waiting for 50 minutes in waiting room and when I asked what the deal was they said wait is always an hour. Um, huh? Freaking ridiculous. I had a 9:45 appointment I scheduled online. Its now 11:02 and I am STILL waiting in lobby!!! Wth!? Why on earth have the ability to schedule an appointment if its not actually an appointment time?

Made an appointment for a Covid test at the Glenwood Ave location. They charged me $329 for a test that I received for free from CVS or anywhere in Wake County. Ask the price before you go and I would suggest you get your Covid testing anywhere but here. They were 15 min late and then had me sit in the room for 30 min waiting on the nurse to ask me a few questions. Not sure what the scam is but $329 for a Covid test is shameful during the midst of a pandemic. Shame shame Fastmed.

I've been waiting for 2 hours for a COVID test there is no reason I should be here waiting for a doctor for this long COVID tests take 2 minutes so I'm waiting 2 hours for 2 minutes of a doctor? I think not
