I recently had to go and get an earring taken out of my ear on Saturday, October 26 the weekend of N.C. Central's homecoming! Silly me, was getting ready to go out to the club and tried to fix my earring with nail glue. Thinking it was dry, put it in my ear too soon. Well, we all know what happened... I had to go in and get help, first thing that morning! Everyone was very helpful and nice, especially Tewana. She had to fight with my ear but she got the earring out and I was able to keep my ear in tact. lol.... Thanks luvbug... read more

I will say, there are a couple of people who work here who could definitely benefit from some better training in customer service. However, there was a nurse who did a majority of the work during my visit--Tiye--and she was absolutely fantastic; her kind, personable, and funny demeanor made my visit an absolute pleasure. Overall, I also really appreciated the efficiency of the staff. I showed up to my appointment an hour early expecting there to be a backlog of patients, but they had me seated and checked out within the hour... read more

Relva S. is the most courteous and professional front desk/check in person that I have encountered in a long time. She should be in a training position for FastMed and other medical facilities.

My experience was excellent! I made a online appointment for mid morning the next Day. This was my 3-4 visit in the last five years and it was by far the best! I was nicely greeted and processed, 10min after I checked in on the in-house tablet I was called for my drug screening! I don't believe it took more than 7-8min max. Savanna was very professional, straight forward and efficient!

I went to FastMed because of a concern that I might have had a stress fracture in my foot. The staff was super friendly and very thorough. The check in process was quick and smooth. The receptionist answered any questions I had, and did not seem annoyed by my having questions. I went early so it wasn't very crowded, but the staff seemed very concerned and did not rush the appointment. I don't generally go to urgent care, but overall it was a pretty painless experience minus the pain I came in with.

I will go back to Fast Med. The care I received was professional and kind. The nurse and PA were great. My son has also come here and had a good experience.

I was able to book a same day appointment for 9:10am (other places could be weeks). Very short wait. They are upfront on costs (awesome, unlike Duke which demands a blank check) though you have to ask to find out you'll see a "PA" not a doctor. Everyone was friendly and helpful and efficient. My best experience in US health care so far (the bar is low!).
