Coming here was a awful ex. I came for a physical and have now been waiting for 3 hours and no one can tell me when I'll be seen. if I wasn't doing this for job I would have left a hour ago. DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL WAIST YOUR DAY AND THEY DO NOT CARE

Not going back here. They are severely understaffed. One hour wait in the lobby post checkin and two hours wait inside before a provider can be seen. Far from being an Urgent Care.

They didn't explain to me that a test a couple days after exposure isn't accurate, until after they had charged me $250 for the test. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money, awful experience.

They were so slow. I arrived right when it opened and waited about 2 hours for a routine job clearance physical.
I came here due to urine testing for employment, where my employer directed me to this location. Was unhappy with the fact that I had to wait 2 hours for my urine test. So I made the decision to leave and schedule an appointment for the next morning. I did take a look at the Yelp reviews and was nervous that my appointment would take longer than usual. We had mid-afternoon appointments for COVID-19 testing, received the reminder text messages, showed up and was told the A/C was broken. No calls, no text messages, no rescheduling, nothing. I re-scheduled for early morning appointments, received the reminder text messages, showed up, and no one was there. There was a sign on the door that they would open at 9:00. No one came. I was tested for Covid on June 29...no one ever contacted me with my results that came in on the 6th of July. My life has been on hold waiting for the results, and this morning when I called and someone FINALLY picked up, I found out I was negative...A WEEK LATER! I could have cultured freaking Tuberculosis in the time it took them to get my results back. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Staff checked me in, then forgot about me for 1.5 hours as she took lunch. I overheard that when she put me in the room and I then waited another 1.5 hours. I got a COVID test, and after 5 days, I started calling to see what results are. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. No answering machine. I called over 12 times per day, over a period of 3 days, letting it ring 3-4 mins each time, before I finally get an answer today! Made an appointment on-line. Received an email confirmation and a text 30 minutes before confirming appointment and reminding me to arrive 10 minutes prior to my visit. Took 30 minutes to check in and was then told the wait would be two hours. When I asked why they take appoinments there was a shoulder shrug.
