I made an 8:30am appointment for today. I arrived early, & waited there until 8:30am. No one showed up. I tried calling, but no on is answering. To make matter worse, I keep getting automated texts informing that I missed my initial appointment, & I'm being signed up for later appointments. When I try calling the automated text number, it is disconnected. I've even texted the automated text number, but the delayed appointment info keeps popping up. I ended up at Duke Urgent, where I was seen almost immediately, instead.

Went back again since my last 2015 visit and still nothing changed on the insurance front. They still couldn't tell me what charges would be off my same Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance which I find to be absolutely ridiculous whatever the reason. I have never been to any other medical center for myself of my children who doesn't know this upfront. They will charge me an amount in the future with my held credit card. Absurd. Do not go here unless you are tough as a DOG to get through the receptionist treatment and the rude, unprofessional Technicians that took my vitals. The PA was the only nice person in that office and he explained my results professionally. I was barked at from the front desk. It did not get any better in the exam room. The made me feel like I was being processed to enter PRISON. Those woman need to apply for a guards job in the prison. They would all be hired for barking orders and treating Humans like dirt.

Terrible place. Visited on April 10th 2017. The receptionist at the front was very rude and had a attitude that made me feel she could care less about me or anyone else in the office. The medical assistant that escorted me to the exam room was no different. I scheduled an appt online and arrived 10 min early as requested, but still waited over a hour to be seen. Front desk rude as HELL!! Was the ONLY patient in lobby; having and asthma attack so I'm coughing and wheezing; other patients arrived and she insists I wear a mask. Surely she has basic knowledge of respiratory illnesses-if I'm having trouble breathing without a mask, the increased resistance of airflow through the mask will make it even more difficult to breath. I went into this clinic on Sunday. There was one other patient waiting to be seen. The front desk staff was so rude. I told her I had a bug bite on my leg that was infected and I needed to get it looked at. Immediately she said ma'am you will need to go to the Chapel Hill office because our X-ray machine is down. I said I have a bug bite, I do not need a x-ray. She proceeded to question me and say are you sure. While I am not a nurse I do work in the medical field, and do know I did not need an x-ray. Went for a drug test. 1 hr 30 min wait. 5 people there. Building was freezing, guess they can't pay for heat. The only thing fast about here is the time to your wallet. Before giving me the cup to pee in, she did not have me watch her remove it from the sterile plastic wrap. How do I know that the cup was new and not previously used? Here for a sports physical. There are Zero People/patients here. None. Zilch. Why have we been waiting at least 45 minutes and yet to see a physician?

Made a yelp account just so I could review this place. Visited Saturday and the front desk staff was rude, the nurse was rude, the doctor was friendly. Doctor prescribed me antibiotics and had my pharmacy information but no one called the prescription in. Couldn't get in touch with anyone Sunday about it so I called back Monday. They hadn't sent the prescription yet and asked me what kind of antibiotics it was? I have no idea, why would I know that.
