My 27 year old daughter went here because she was sick and can’t be out of work. She works construction and travels so it’s impossible for her to have a primary doctor She mentioned being concerned also because she has recently been having an extremely high heart rate. It's obvious that they are not staffed properly. Their excuse is that "it's flu season". You knew it was coming! YOU NEED MORE PROVIDERS period I have been waiting an hour and a half for a physical. Only two people have come out. You are not busy, you are just slow. Totally unacceptable!!!!

Went there for a drug test 3 weeks ago and still no results no one can tell me what’s going on then they and tell me oh we forget to sign your drug test so we will need 24 to 72 more hours to process your drug test that they have already had for 3 week this place needs to be close down ASAP OUR SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIRED!
These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. If the PA didn't do all the right things, I would have given this a 1. The nurses absolutely hate their jobs and the whole experience took forever while I waited to be treated with the flu. Horrible experience. The Target pharmacy knew how to treat me better. The PA actually treated me like a person AND LISTENED where the nurse literally said "I'm just trying to do my job" while he tried to explain why it took so long...i.e.their inefficiencies.
