Extremely friendly and professional staff. I agree 100% with the comment that from the minute you walk through the door the to the minute you leave you are well taken care of by a medical team that obviously enjoys what they do. Pretty quick service and very knowledgable P.A. Bruce. This place knows how to take care of patients.

Great experience today! I am new to the area and have not found a primary physician, but the staff at this location was more than accommodating. Ali, Retha, and Eloise made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had. Great job!

Awesome service. Very friendly receptionist. Not much of a wait. Medical assistant was professional and efficient. PA was extremely knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. Couldn't have asked for better service.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted and made to feel welcome. The staff (both Retha and Tanisha) were excellent. Eloise started the initial process and prepped my chart for Dr Harrell. I couldn't have been more pleased with this clinic visit. I've used Duke urgent care (on Fayetteville Rd) for a dog bite. They couldn't do more to make you feel like you're an inconvenience. I've used UNC (on Farrington Rd) who have a limited scope of the kind of help they'll offer and are quick to tell you what they won't do. Instead... read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible. There were two people in the lobby but my appointment was postponed 30 minutes. Staff was busy laughing in the back room while I waited 30 minutes for an appointment that was supposed to have already began. Fast med my ass.

This place gets two stars instead of zero because the staff member was kind and let us know they would not be able to help us despite what their website states. We came here to have our daughter's vitals checked - she was feeling dizzy and weak at school. The website states it does lab work and EKGs but once we scheduled an appointment and drove out here, we were told this place does not provide any labs or any kind of diagnostic tests that could help determine what may be wrong. Horrible. The place is ran by incompetent idiots. A monkey could run this place better. Their own employees don't even know their own policies they just stand there with their mouths open waiting for a fly to land in it. I called an hour ahead of time to make an appointment for my 11 mo. old. I even told the lady on the phone whose name I believe was Dina that it was for her, not me. Honestly this is the most unprofessional urgent care experience I've ever had. The business hours are posted on google and the entrance door 8am to 8 pm. I figured I could do my drug test after work I called at 3 pm 6 times no one picked up. I came to the physical location at 5:15 pm (3 hrs of business left) looks like no one has been here all day. Lights are off, piles of trash and boxes in the back. This is insane!!! I've wasted my time and Uber fare both ways. An automated message could save people time and money. Again... read more
