Pre scheduled appointment means nothing. Waited an hour and a half for a drug test that was scheduled. Avoid this place at all cost and find a different provider!

The healthcare provider Carol was TERRIBLE, extremely rude and condescending. I came in and she told me if I was nurse, I would know what Toradal is bc I was trying to look up the medication to see how it would impact my body. If you are in pain-do not come to this location. I came bc my face and throat were swollen and I had to ask them to complete a COVID and Flu test???? Christian is the best healthcare provider at this location. If she is not here I will leave and go elsewhere.

I came in for a pre scheduled appointment and the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. If you schedule ahead, you should be seen at your respective time and not have to wait behind people without an appointment. They have an alarm going off at high volume and will not shut it off. They are not enforcing masking or COVID practices. Explain to me how no one's wearing masks in the waiting room or being asked to put one on although it's a federal mandate for all healthcare facilities? This is irresponsible. Go elsewhere.

Came in for a quick drug screen. Waited 30 minutes. Listened to the head nurse run her mouth about how bad everything has been has been for the last 2 weeks. Scolding the girls at the desk and just talking loudly. Made comments infront of patients, "do they always stand here to fill out the paperwork?" Her name was Liz or something, but she was definitely rude. Come to find out they have 1 nurse in the back, but she wants to stand up front and just talk and talk. Good job FastMed. Never coming back.

This is the slowest "fast med" i've ever been. I was told at 2:22pm that'll only be a hour wait. It's 4:30pm and I still have not been seen. I will never recommend coming to this "fast med" its no where near fast.

I had to get a drug screen, in and out around 9:30am no problem but I also scheduled another appt that day for 3pm. Came back took me 45 mins to get seen. The medical assistant or whomever stated as soon as I sat down that there would be an additional hour wait due to having only 1 physician at that time. Understanding but I told her I couldn't continue to wait that long. She advised me to come back later (after 7pm) when 2 physicians would be available. Made an appointment for 12:15. Waited for over a hour and was still not seen. I left because I was not wasting any more of my time at that place.

Drug testing is limited, the staff is really nice and seem to be doing all they can, but there is a shortage of workers. There are too many locations with so fee workers. They need to consolidate in order to run more effectively.
