Had a great experience here the other day! I went in just before noon due to a severe cold and ear ache and was the only one in the entire place. After filling out some forms, I was brought to the back and seen by an assistant and the dr before getting a prescription. Total time from getting there to leaving was maybe 20 minutes tops. Definitely recommended!

The woman running the front desk is very professional and can multitask amazingly well. I stopped by because I had an earache that I was worried about. I happened to come on a quiet afternoon which was really nice. I liked that I could set up my appointment time online ahead of time. Very little wait time and the doctor who saw me was really nice and good. I'm glad urgent care exists now that it's so hard to make appointments in regular doctor's offices and ER's are just too extreme for small problems.

Came in to urgent care, and the receptionist was friendly. I did not have to wait long, and there were 2 other people in the waiting room. They must've done some re-training based on the reviews because the front desk sounded attentive to all patients, and I was only half-listening because I was in pain. This was a weekday, late afternoon. I will say that while there does always seem to be a little bit of wait time it almost seems like it's due to the amount of providers available and it has never been excessive (over 30 minutes or so). As a medical professional that makes sense to me. That being said, my family has been here many times and the care received from Andrew the PA has been consistently outstanding from the baby to myself and his bedside manner is awesome. So glad that they've been there just up the road when we've needed them.

Very good experience at FastMed. Went in with cut on hand, immediately brought me to exam room (which was clean, well-lit and comfortable). Andrew Cho patched me up and was very good about explaining my options to me, as well as providing post-discharge instructions. Total time from when I walked in the door to my discharge was 45 minutes. Would certainly recommend to others.

This place my best experience with any urgent care! Craig saw me immediately, asked me appropriate questions, explained different options, called in an RX and sent me home. Fast, easy & effective. Would go back here again and will recommend it! The lady, Retha at the front desk was extremely nice and compassionate (not what you normally find at an urgent care facility).
Super friendly staff, top to bottom. Very caring and compassionate. They even called to check on me to see if I had improved. Super clean facility. I was very impressed.
I'm so glad I used YELP to find this urgent care. Originally I was headed to another one in the area - until I saw the horrendous reviews on Yelp. Now granted, my son and I were the first ones in the door when they opened, but Retha in the front office was so welcoming and Lindsay, our medical provider, was so caring, I'd be writing a good review even if we'd had to wait a while. We didn't, and that made it all the better an experience.
I've been to this health care provider twice now, once for a broken toe and once for a sinus infection. Both times I saw a PA, not a Dr. I definitely agree that the service is better and more welcoming than Duke Urgent Care on Fayetteville Rd.; At Fast Med they are very friendly, all Fast Med staff appear to care about your time AND care about making you feel better.
