It needs a better team and a better way of talking to there patients I came in there on Saturday and was told that I was not sick when I really was sad team work I ended up going to the er to be seen
If you have a serious medical condition that may require follow-up….DON’T COME HERE!! I have contacted this location 4 times today to connect with the doctor that I saw only a day ago, and have not been able to get a call back. You know how they saw “If A, B, or C happens give me a call.” Don’t believe it!!!! If you’re coming to get a solution to your problem or to find a healthcare professional that’s actually concerned with your well being, you’ll probably be better off going to the ER.
Well, my visit was FAST and fleeting today because it never happened. I now have to find another location that has a competent, caring, and proactive staff that has LUBRICANT in their practice. Oh yes, I required a vaginal exam because I’m cramping so badly today I had to take off from work and you know, FastMed is out of LUBRICANT. The reception is terrible.I suggest a unknown supervisor should come and check in , because if I have that type of attitude I would loose my job ,if you don’t enjoy your job Quit!. It only makes anyones appointment more difficult in such a negative world . A smile or helpful attitude can change someone’s day as they deal with things that we don’t know . They simply need wait time transparency. I took my son for what should be a simple school sports physical. We arrived early for our appointment, paid, waited 90 minutes after that appointment time without any communication from the staff, only to be brought back and told it would be another four hours before our physical could be completed. If I had to pay to come here I wouldn’t! Because I’m on a workman’s comp claim I have to come to this location but baby! The wait is too long and half of the people are rude and inconsiderate! Go to a minute clinic if you can

The worst billing office, didn’t send a bill or bill insurance, just sent my daughter to collections. It’s been months of trying to resolve this. Seriously the worst.

I waited an hour, which was expected and didn't bother me, to finally see a physician. They walked in, said we can't help you go to a primary care doctor (knowing I didn't have one) and walked out. Less than 3 minutes. Still had to pay my 50$ copay.

Stop lying about the services provided. I called in advance of going and they clearly stated that they provide full service for a brown recluse bite including lancing and irrigating and if needed anti-venom. Then when you start to express the fact that you are upset that you got bad information they open the door so everyone can hear your name and treatment and reason for visit which I have now been told is a HIPPA violation.
