I came in an emergency need of a physical! IF I COULD GIVE 10 star I would!! They took care of me in every area, made sure of had all that I need. The office was very clean, in order, I called in the morning got in the SAME DAY! Wait time was very minimal and I had the best conversations + felt so comforted by all the staff! THANK YALL FAST MED. Y'all are the best!!!!!!
To sum it up, the staff (Kanesha, Koquita, Carla, and Jordan) were none less that fantastic! From my most recent experience, you couldn't ask for a more hospitable, friendly and caring team! Kem.
The manager Kelly is god sent!!!!!!! After being turned around repeatedly for a pre employment drug screening I finally came across a sweet and understanding human being!!!!! With all of the current issues going on in my life and recent travel, I wanted to have a COVID-19 test done. I scheduled an appointment for the following day at 8am. Arrived on time to a very clean office with a very friendly team. I registered immediately and was seen in 15 minutes. The registration was very tech-Savy which was great for me. I rate this as a four star. However, the check-in receptionist, X-ray technicians was efficient and courteous. Upon, entering the room , physician assistant Laura Shuhart. Did not introduce herself. I had to look at her name tag to identify who she was. I had to ask her what is my instruction for follow- up home care. The P/A need more bedside manner training and a dose of pleasant personality.

Checked in online, front receptionist was very patient (I forgot my flex spending card) and personal. The clinical assistant was very friendly, we talked about personal stories and laughed! PA Spoon is not only a dead on for any medical TV show!! He is not only truly handsome but very thorough in his explanation to his patients and very personable! I was impressed with the ease this office had for patients and would highly recommend them!!! In and out within 30 minutes
The ladies that work here are the best! I had to take a test for work and needed to be in and out in a hurry. That's exactly what they did they were amazing! Shauna and Caitlyn made my day. I can't say enough good things about them.

I got here early and was seen by a physician within an hour. Everyone is professional and friendly. Very thankful that they are open today, on New Year's Day. This place is impeccably clean!
