They're very nice and I appreciate that they allow walk ins, but having people awaiting covid-19 tests wait inside with no ventilation for prolonged periods seems dumb. I waited inside in an unventilated room for so long that I feel like I need a covid test to follow my covid test.

Business response:

Thank you so much Grace for taking the time to share your concerns. We have specific standards for cleanliness so we'd like to get more information from you in order to address the potential breakdowns with the clinic team. They'll appreciate this feedback and will take action on it. Will you email us at CustomerRelations@FastMed.com so we can get more details from you? Thanks so much.

My husband had a Covid test here 6 weeks ago and never received his results. I stopped in today for an ear infection and was "helped" by a receptionist who couldn't be bothered and told me it was a 3 hour wait. I asked about coming back in 3 hours and she explained I would be skipped over if I was late. Her fellow receptionist offered an appointment to which the woman "helping" me rolled her eyes and then proceeded to offer me appointment times. Never going back.

This place schedules appointments and lets other walk in infront of you and does not make people wear a mask inside. No public restrooms, had to leave after waiting 1.5 hours because needed a restroom and after asking for a time frame after one hour of waiting the rude staff said when the rooms aren't full in a snide tone.

Business response:

Thank you for letting us know about this, Jessica. We take such feedback very seriously and would appreciate if you could please contact us via email at CustomerRelations@FastMed.com. We'd like to connect to take action on your review. Thank you!

Scary experience for COVID 19 testing. Nowhere else I've heard about is letting people with COVID symptoms touch ANYTHING (this experience involved touching pens, paper, clip boards, etc.), much less come in the building (which I understand needs to happen in some particular circumstances). Would not recommend. Worried our household may have acquired something in attempt to see if we have it based on our symptoms. Nurses were not wearing PPE in a proper manner.

I had stomach flu/virus, was throwing up and dehydrated. My friend took me to Fastmed on Mallard creek because the web site said and still says they treat dehydration. They don't treat dehydration - no IVs. PA suggested I go to Emergency for that. FastMed SHOULD REMOVE DEHYDRATION FROM THEIR LIST OF Treatments. WE DONT HAVE ENDLESS MONEY TO SPEND GOING FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER. FastMed does not treat dehydration. they may diagnose it which is different from TREATING it. So I go to Emergency and they are asking for a do... read more

Main problem is the extremely long waits, but this isn't because there is a lot of patients. The staff tends to seem annoyed when you have questions. The women behind the front desk sit there and talk about their personal life when you clearly need help. Very frustrating considering I had the flu and felt very terrible. There was only 3 patients in front of me and I waited for almost 2 hours in the waiting room. By the time I got to an actual room, I waited for another hour and a half before I got to leave. The only good thi... read more

I visited this place with my daughter a few weeks ago. She had a muscle sprain. And needed crutches. The front desk person had a very monotone voice. She wasn't very pleasant at all. The nurse who saw my daughter was joyful & informative. Fast forward to today. I called 3x to ask for help. They answered and hung up on me 3x. Each time I called, there seemed to be loud laughter going on. Which leads me to believe their dismissal of me, was disrespectfully intentional. Be careful!!

The front receptionist was really rude to me even when She knew I had the flu. She started being nice to me after I started helping her translate w/ some patients that only spoke Spanish. The doctor in the back did nothing to help. & he seemed that he didn't care for me either. & after all this i ended up paying like if I went to the ER.

Run as fast as you can from this place! Forget about the 2 hour wait with only 2 other people in the waiting room. Forget about the xray technician who had NO idea what she was doing and had to ask 2 other people how to take the xray! But when the "doctor" introduced herself AS a doctor (later found out she was a PA), never even touched me to find out what the source of a great amount of pain I was in from a fall was coming from, then "dismissed me" with the order of putting a heating pad on the pain. When I asked what was t... read more
