if you don't have to, please don't go to this urgent care location. staff is absolutely unprofessional and rude. although this urgent care facility takes walk ins, it's best to make an appointment because apparently if you don't come in earlier than two hours before they close, you can't get treatment

They state they take walk ins and I called ahead of time just to make sure. I spoke with the receptionist on the phone who said they could take me if I came by 2 o'clock, for a simple TB test. I came before 2 and I have been waiting for over 2 hours while there are not many people in the waiting room. I am still currently waiting to be seen for a test that only takes a couple minutes to complete. I do not recommend this facility or company for any testing let alone anything that requires fast care.

For an establishment that literally promotes how fast their services is and post statistics on how long emergency room waits are they have some of the longest waits I've ever experienced. The only time the move fast is when they are actually evaluating you then they are quick so when you are being seen you better be quickly and concise. The wait is always HOURS long even with an appointment and anyone saying different must be getting compensated, incentivize, or have a direct relationship and is stretching the truth. Went to this location because it said "no appointments needed". I needed to get someone a test done. Got to the office and the receptionist states we needed an appointment and there were none available. I told her we needed results for school on Tuesday. She apologized and told.me.to go to the website. I again mentioned the website said no appointment needed. Worst worst worst !! We need to call this as slowMed.. very slow in the work. Had to wait for more than 3 hrs for 2 min work. I would highly not recommend this place . One of the worst places have your drug test or any other work.

I tried twice to speak with someone from the email address listed. I need someone to contact me. It's taking this long to respond because I was in the hospital for almost 10 days. I look forward to your call.

This FastMed is not the best. The wait is always hours and that's is bc They are always understaffed (Front desk and medical assistants). Something is always up with their computer system. I have been there 3-4 times over the past 4 years and each time I wonder why I returned. Came here for a simple drug test for employment. Waited two hours+ to find out they never checked me in and misplaced my ID and sign in sheet. They made me give them so much information like I was some sort of client that needed anything more than a drug test. Then the check in said to wait 30 minutes. After 2 hours (lobby was not that busy), I noticed most people waiting but not as much as me, it should have been a 45 minute wait max really. Great people loved the service I got but they phones must be disconnected I tried calling them like 6 times and when I came in and called I didn't hear the phone ring at all that's annoying having to come all the way over here just for them to fax some documents that my job needs... truly disappointed
