Went for a urine test and ended up waiting a hour just for the lady to come see me and they was not busy at all
Waited more then 2 hours in the waiting room. Only for the doctor quickly shine a light in my eyes, barely look into my medical issues to tell me to tough it out you will be fine. I woke in worse shape then when I left the doctors the day before. My eye was worse and so was my upper respiratory issues. I was vary disappointed in the fact that doctor was unwilling to even help with my issues and the fact I had to seek other medical attention from other doctors to be properly treated for my symptoms.
This place is the SLOWEST and the most unprofessional... I've been sitting in here for an hour and a half just to do a drug test.. why are we taking so long to collect? Walk ins at this point may as well be appointments. There is no urgency here.
You will waste your life in the waiting room. Some girl just walked in after myself and another person and they let her skip us.
I made an appointment for 12:45 for a pre employment UDS. An hour later, my name still hasn't been called. I also asked the lady at the front desk and she told me i was next.... Why have 3 names been called since then. Again, none of them mine. I'd get it if this was a walk in but having an appointment, i should never have to wait an hour or more, nor should anyone else. Update, currently 2:20 pm. And heard the receptionist tell another person waiting that an appointment time doesn't guarantee you'll be seen soon. I'm sorry... read more
Waste of time! I waited 2 hours to be seen just for the PA to tell me to take allergy medicine for my allergic reaction that caused facial and throat swelling!! I've been taking allergy medicine and it still hasn't gone down. You would think they would carry the steroid shot for cases like this.
Billed me for a physical when I wasn't even seen! Never went farther than the waiting room. Now it's on my credit. Ridiculous
I received the absolute worst and most incompetent medical care in my life. I fell at work and got a concussion. Was sent here by workers comp. Never saw a medical doctor because the entire staff is PA's, who are basic on their medical skills. I've been a nurse for 30 years and I have never seen such ignorance. They refused to send me for any kind of medical scan and tried to send me back to work in two days, which is against concussion protocol. This place needs to be shut down! I took my son there today December 7,2021 for a Covid test. I had to go online to schedule an "appointment ". We arrived on time and waited an hour to be seen. The ladies who work the front are rude and they sit and talk and text while people are waiting for no reason. It wasn't crowded and several people that were there before me left for the same reason.
