I waited two hours for a drug screen! Smh I understand the process and how hectic it can be in a medical facility but this wait time is unacceptable for a simple drug screen. Based on the previous reviews, this place needs help with a different way of doing things. No I do not recommend this place if you want to be in and out.
I ended up walking out when waiting over an hour. The lobby was not even full with patients. When I wanted my information back the young lady had just started entering my information into their system, unacceptable. I observed quite a few areas of any fission seas and I would not recommend nor will I ever go back to this location. This is the perfect location if you have over an hour of your life to give away and you feel like crud on the bottom of the shoe. Do better FastMed.

Came here because I was away from home and absolutely needed to be seen. Have currently been waiting for more than an hour and someone who came in after me has already been seen. Took 30 minutes just for them to put my one page of paperwork in the computer and get a payment. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never come back here.

Mine is a mixed review. I took my daughter in while we were on vacation out of town. The facilities were clean, staff was friendly and service prompt. Problems started after with billing and customer service. My credit card was charged for the service and I also got a bill in the mail asking me to remit payment. Unfortunately I came here for a pre-employment drug screening and did not have the choice to just walk back out. Was told there was an hour wait just to pee in a cup (ended up being an hour and 40 minutes) and had to sign that I agreed to be charged and treated even though neither was true. Was told that I HAD to sign them or else they would not do the drug screening. Would certainly never return here.

The absolute worst "urgent" care I've ever been to. I called ahead and the receptionist said there was little to no wait. Once I came in, she said she accepted partial of my insurance which didn't make any sense. I still needed to be seen so I filled out my paperwork. After I turned it in I was waiting for 45 minutes and there were only three other people in the waiting room. Reception was very rude, probably the least friendly people I've ever been in contact with in public service. As a nurse, I know the standards. Was very disappointed.

I had to go there for a drug test. Walked in and they had only two people and when I went to the desk they said 2 hours. Really a drug test only takes 10 minutes and I have never waited for two hours even when going to a room full of people. They seem not to have any consideration for your time and they don't take appointments either. I strongly encourage employers to use someone else like labcorp or similar.

I arrived 10 mins prior to opening as i was told woild be the quickest time to get in and out for drug screening for a new job. Arriving at 7:50am and I still didnt get out until 9:15am. This was a ridiculous wait time. I would not recommend this for anyone especially in an emergency situation. What if it took that long to see a physician for a medical emergency.
