It took us three hours to get in, highly do not recommend. There is another urgent care down the road go there and save yourself the time and money!
The doctors are incredible but the wait times are ridiculous and the ladies at the front desk need a refresher on customer service. Don't keep a conversation running with your coworker while someone is waiting to be seen. Lord knows they need to hurry up and check in since it will be an hour and a half before they're even taken to the back (plus an extra 30 minutes before the doctor is even there). The doctors at this location don't really care about your health they only care about you paying and making your insurance pay taking your money they won't stand up for you or speak for you in a work note that you might of been ill and couldn't make to work and help you out with your job it was a nightmare wt my job being off and never got the doctor note do help me. Bad experience with them.

Was told the wait was an hour. Two hours later I finally decided to leave because I was probably not going to be seen for another 30 minutes. I don't know why I wasn't told that the wait was going to be longer than expected. If you have hours in your day to kill, this is the place to be.

This is the worst care you can ever experience . Right from Receptionist to the doctor makes you realize what wrong choice you have made in your life . Doctor didn't even bother to listen to my illness . Please do yourself a favor by not visiting this place .

I've written a review for this location in the past, but decided to return after years thinking it would be better (I was mistaken). I had a 7:15 pm check-in (they close at 8) so I'm guessing they were ready to go, bc they advised me it was a 1 hr. wait with only one person in the lobby. I'll say this, if you are going to be in customer service, you NEED to have a welcoming personality. It is so disappointing to walk in to an urgent care and the receptionist is unwelcoming. In addition, I scanned my license and insurance card online, only to be asked again for the information when I arrived. I paid with cash and they "didn't have change", ok, so is that my responsibility? I am convinced that customer service does not exist in Charlotte, NC.
Terrible service. Dr. Spoon and his staff does not care about you getting better. They just want the money. I would never go back here nor refer anyone to this place. Very unprofessional. Khloe was the only one that was a professional receptionist. The reviews are horrible here as well.
There's absolutely no reason for the wait. The doctors don't respect your time. This is the second time I've wanted to walk out from the wait. I even signed in online and I'm sitting here for 1.15 hours now, with strep. Have some respect and a sense of urgency, you're dealing with people who don't feel well. I will never bring my business here again.
