I was so glad they were open, had been feeling bad for a couple of days, needed some care immediately, had me in & out, called in my prescriptions in to the pharmacy.

I experienced a medical issue while on vacation and came across this facility. It was clean, prompt, and the staff was very nice and pleasant. .I highly recommend this facility!!!

I went to the Mallard creek rd location in charlotte North Carolina on 7-22-2022 for a dog bite. I was and still am in severe and continuous pain. After waiting over an hour to be seen, Dr Laura prescribed me ibuprofen… even after I told her that it wouldn’t do anything for my pain level. Instead of listening to me she just did whatever she wanted to do. The pain is very distracting when I’m trying to work. This was and still is a horrible experience.

Be fast and state their policies. Not only do they continue to falsely advertise walk-ins even though they require you to have an appointment they are also super slow. I swear I’ve been to the emergency room with a splinter and seen a doctor faster. So if they could not say they are fast but then be slow and post on there website and at their locations that they no longer accept walk-ins people would have better expectations.

my daughter fell at work and hit her head on the tile floor and what do these idiots do at fast med??? Put her in a waiting room FOR OVER AN HOUR (with only one other waiting couple in the whole place) before I was able to arrive and take her for REAL professional help at the ER. You need a bandaid go to these people... for anything else they will let you die in the waiting room.

The receptionist and the nurse were very kind. The PA was not friendly and actually seemed annoyed by my questions regarding my sick four year old who had been running 104 fever. Diagnosed her with an ear infection and put her on antibiotics. I did not feel good about things and took my daughter to her Pediatrician this morning who found no ear infection! Diagnosed with virus or UTI but could not culture due to her already being on antibiotic for the non-existent ear infection.
