Went for a company drug test, it was smooth sailing in the morning verses the lobby crowd in the afternoon with a 45min+ wait. I got there when they opened, and was in & out in 20 mins.

As a travel nurse, I only use this facility for my required heath tests, labs, physicals that aren't covered by my insurance like PPD's. Every encounter has been great. The staff is always nice and place is clean. Sometimes service is slow but unless you work in healthcare, you will never know the struggle behind the counter to provide you the quickest and safest care. Trust me, it is not easy!

When I went to the doctor, they were quick and very efficient but when I tried to get my lab results, they did not have them ready. The front desk rep said that it would be 2 to 3 days I called on the third day and was told that the results were in but a nurse had to call me back to tell me information. No one ever called me back and I don't think that I should have to call several times just to get lab results. Id just like to say, respectfully; i had the most rude encounterment with Afrika, she is a very rude staff member apart of FastMed, ive gone to this place once, and had an incredible experience, but since our interaction, i will never step foot inside, nor spend my money at FastMed again!

I have been here a handle of times but this last visit was the worst experience I have had and I didn't even make it into the back. The women at the front were so short and unhelpful in every way possible. If you are in pain please do not come here. The will not only treat you like crap but make you feel worse than you did before going in.

I wish I could give zero stars but unfortunately that's not an option. About 3 days ago my mouth and throat were in extreme pain. Gums swollen, canker sores, and an extremely sore throat. After paying nearly $260 for the visit I was sent home with a prescription for a mouth was that does nothing to help cure the issue but only make my mouth numb for about 30 minutes. If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appt and then sat for 40 mins for her to finally call me and tell me she hadn't fully checked me in yet so can't tell me where I'm at in line. If I were here for me and not my daughter I would've left. I will never be back.

The website says that Fastmed is military friendly and accepts Tricare. However this particular location wasn't able to verify my daughter's coverage, even with proof of insurance and a military ID. She is a student at UNC Charlotte, student health is closed today, Sunday. She was told she has no coverage, and will be charged $199 without insurance. So my sick daughter just went back to the resident hall, still sick and was not seen by a provider. I would not recommend this location and will file a complaint

I come here for a urine test, I was the first person in line and ended up been the last person to be called for the test. I waited more than an hour in the waiting room and the place was not even busy at all.
