Our mother was only at Fernhill for the final month of her life when she was approaching her end. She received outstanding care and kindness throughout from all of the staff, and her family will always be grateful.

Fernhill House was the perfect choice of care home for my mum nearly five years ago when she first moved in. She felt as if she was staying in a luxury hotel and enjoyed a glass of sherry with her friends before lunch, loved the singing on a Sunday morning and always loved the meals. As she has grown frailer, both mentally and physically, she has always been content and has even recently told me how lovely everyone is and that she has nice neighbours. Until the day she passed away, My wife, Val's mother was a resident at Fernhill house. As POA, I looked after her affairs. The family cannot thank the staff at the home enough. It would be unfair to name individuals. But everyone from the management team, the office staff, receptionists, nursing staff, carers, chefs, and housekeeping, hope I haven't missed anyone, were all caring, sympathetic and so supportive. My aunt was a resident here for several months and thoroughly enjoyed her stay until her death. Her room was lovely with a calming feel yet bright and roomy. When we visited her the reception we received from the team was excellent, and always very welcoming. The home is immaculate. As a funeral director, I have visited many nursing homes, and Fernhill is definitely one of the best. Thank you for taking such great care of my wonderful aunt in her final months.

On my arrival, I was greeted politely and cheerfully, shown to where my friend was and offered refreshments. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff are friendly and approachable, working hard in a clean and tidy environment.

Thank you for all you did to help my elderly aunt. Your care was amazing in the 6 months she resided with you. She was able to enjoy her life in the safety and comfort of your home. You were all fantastic staff and so kind to us when she passed away.

My husband was reluctant to come to Fernhill House but the two weeks respite has been a success. He loved the shower room, much better than at home! Everyone has been friendly and helpful and I have enjoyed some lovely meals as a visitor. Thank you to everyone at Fernhill House.

My husband's mum went to Fernhill House Care Home for respite while we moved home. We have to say Fernhill House was outstanding in every way, very tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, very clean, all staff were very attentive and took great care of Mum, so much so, she requested to go and stay again when we go away. My mother has been a resident at Fernhill House Worcestershire for the past 4 years. Although it is extremely sad for my sister and I to watch our mother deteriorate with the awful dementia. We could not wish for her to be in a better place. We feel comfortable that she is being well looked after and the mental stimulation and entertainment provided is excellent.
