While there were many steps documents to get items to clear the Credit Union is a place to go each step of the way I was handled with great direction. Everything went very smoothly. I could go on, but the above is sentiment enough!
We went in to the LaVernia Firstmark credit union Saturday to make a transaction on my mother’s account. The tellers were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It is always a pleasure banking with Firstmark and their professional team members; Christine Sanchez and Bobbie.

Went to the branch on Heubner Rd. Promptly helped get a loan offer/prequal to present at dealership for a new car finance. No more than 10 min and I was ready to shop. Always friendly! I have been a member of FMCU for almost 10 years now.

ASAP service and great human costumer service. I experienced virtual service with other banks and was disappointed with that experience. You can’t replace the personal experience with computers.
