I have to admit that most of my interactions with the FMCU team had been positive and productive, but this last interaction was not quite that. The Representative Ashley didn’t quite meet that expectation in my opinion, she appeared to be tired and not quite alert. My most serious concern was when she pulled my credit and she reported to me that it was at a zero!!
