It's so sad to say that I regret the day I opened my business accounts and business credit card with Firstmark. In 4 years that I've had these account, I've been patient with nobody understanding their own processes, but it's been 4 years. I couldn't get online this morning and I had to wait for someone to call me back to reset a password, (because apparently one person in the company can reset apparently password). We've moved cities and still maintain Firstmark as our primary accounts - because no one else can beat their interest rates OR customer service! They are active online almost 24/7 for help - and always quick to respond to any issues.
