I was going through the application process of getting a car loan. This would be my second time with Firstmark. The process for me was a bit lengthy,l this second time around, but it was out of our control since the car was being purchased through a dealership from another family friend who was the original buyer. Our financial rep was knowledgeable, explained all in detail, professional and friendly. Made us feel welcome . We only came in because teller put flyer about cd rates in return container, which is good idea!
