Very knowledgeable and polite. Explained everything plainly. Took plenty of quality time with us.
I first spoke to Nicole who helped staighten out an overpayment I had made. She was very patient and helpful. When my problem was resolved she transferred me at my request to Ashley, who helped me with setting up a CD. Both did a wonderful job helping me.
