Had a lot to do and got it all done. The people are so courteous and helpful and the rates are competitive. These days, I truly value kind courteous behavior.
The person I spoke with was very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and did a great job walking me through getting my first CD.
The whole lending process was a breeze. Everyone from the call center to the tellers & loan officer were friendly, fast, & efficient.
It is always hard to communicate when you can’t see the other person’s face, but your representative was excellent. Patience is just what was needed and they had plenty.

The loan dept. was very helpful in getting us the loan we needed. They were also patient with me and my lack of technology skills and really worked with us to get us what we needed and we appreciate it.
