Friendly teller assisted me with opening a new account. She was thorough and patient, explained all the options to me, and thanked me for my new membership. I changed my mind about only opening a savings account based on her excellent customer service abilities. I felt welcomed and never rushed. I am so sorry I didn’t get her name.

This is my second time in the last 7 months to set up CD’s with the bank. I have worked with the same gentleman in both situations. I should have got his name, but overlooked getting it. His patience’s and detail to my questions was appreciated. I always appreciate the customer service of the people that take care of my needs.
